Wish is a personal date-tracking app for birthdays, anniversaries, milestones, and reminders. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without liability.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Wish. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, and display it solely as necessary to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you upload.

You agree not to misuse Wish — including using it for unlawful purposes, attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with the service, scraping data, or circumventing security measures.

Reminder delivery depends on device settings, connectivity, and operating system behaviour. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted, timely, or error-free delivery. Wish is provided on a best-effort basis.

The Wish app, name, logo, design, and all related content are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these terms grants you a right to use our branding or intellectual property without written permission.

Wish is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wish and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, missed reminders, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

These terms are between you and Wish only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or handle claims related to Wish. In the event of a conflict between these terms and Apple's App Store terms, Apple's terms take precedence with respect to your use of the App Store.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if we wind down the service. You may stop using Wish at any time.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Wish operates, unless local law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Wish after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
